Sam has been working in the business rates space for nearly a decade. A qualified mortgage advisor and with a high level experience in the commercial business sector, he is well placed to offer advice and help with the non domestic rates bills that a business receives.
Sam operates a friendly honest approach to the advice and help provided. He started the business after helping a number of friends with their business rates and realising there was a market to help small business owners reduce their bills.

Sam loves travelling and his favourite animal is a giraffe!​ He is also a keen "geek" as he calls it, with interests in Halloween props and effects and 3d printing.
